How far in advance should I order a custom cake?

For standard celebration cakes we ask for at least 5–7 days. Tiered and wedding cakes need 4–6 weeks, especially in spring and summer. If your date is sooner, call us at (463) 332-2881 — we often have room for rush orders.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A standard $50 deposit locks in your date, and it is applied toward your final total — it is not an extra fee. You can pay it securely online from your order confirmation or the order tracker. It is refundable under our cancellation policy with at least 48 hours notice; wedding and large event cakes follow a scheduled deposit plan we'll go over with you.

What flavors and fillings can I choose from?

Vanilla bean, chocolate, red velvet, pistachio, lotus/Biscoff, strawberry, lemon, and seasonal specials — paired with fillings like Swiss meringue buttercream, ganache, fresh fruit, cream cheese, or Nutella. Ask us about combinations; we build to taste.

Do you offer dietary options?

We can accommodate eggless and nut-free requests on many cakes with advance notice. We are not a gluten-free or vegan-dedicated facility, so please tell us about dietary needs when you order and we'll be straight with you about what we can do.

Delivery or pickup?

Most orders are picked up at our Fishers shop at 8800 North St, Suite 100. Delivery and on-site setup are available for weddings and larger events for a fee based on distance and complexity.

Do you do wedding tastings?

Yes. Wedding tastings are scheduled by appointment and include a curated flight of flavors and fillings, plus a design consultation. Reach out through the form below to book one.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Design and flavor changes are usually possible up to 72 hours before pickup. Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice are refunded, including your deposit; inside 48 hours the deposit is kept, since ingredients and kitchen time are already reserved for you.

What affects the price of a cake?

Size (servings), number of tiers, and decoration complexity are the big three — hand-piped florals, sculpted work, and specialty finishes take more time. Fillings and dietary adjustments can also affect price.

How does the AI cake preview work?

You describe your cake — occasion, colors, style, size — and our design tool generates a visual preview so we're both looking at the same idea. It's a starting point, not a contract: our bakers refine it with you before anything goes in the oven.

What about allergens?

Our kitchen handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, and soy. While we take care with every order, we cannot guarantee any item is free from cross-contact. Please tell us about severe allergies before ordering.
